Application
Do I need a base gel under O&E Builder Gel?
Yes. Prep the nail, apply dehydrator and primer, then a thin layer of base gel and cure before building. Skipping base gel is the most common cause of lifting.
How thick should each layer be?
Work in thin-to-medium layers. Build the apex with one bead, let it self-level for a few seconds, then cure. Two thin layers are stronger and cure more evenly than one thick one.
Is this suitable for beginners?
O&E Builder Gel is a professional product. If you are not a trained nail professional or unfamiliar with builder gel, we recommend visiting a salon — incorrect use can damage natural nails.
Curing
What lamp do I need?
Any UV/LED nail lamp. The gel does not air-dry — every layer (base, builder, top coat) must be fully cured. Glitter shades may benefit from an extra 30 seconds.
Will I feel a heat spike?
Our formula is designed for a low exotherm. If you feel warmth, remove your hand for a few seconds and return — or use your lamp's low-heat mode for the first 10 seconds.
Removal
How do I remove O&E Builder Gel?
File off only. O&E Builder Gel does not soak off with acetone. Reduce the bulk with an e-file or 150/180 grit file down to a thin layer for an infill, or fully to the natural nail. Never peel or force it off.
Colors
Which shade should I start with?
Golden Fairy Dust #002 and Golden Aurora #23 are our most-loved shimmers. Dusty Rose #49 and the Classic nudes are everyday favourites, while Emerald Dazzle #19, Crimson Star #53 and Galaxy Noir #58 are statement glitters.
What's the difference between Signature and Classic?
Signature shades come in our square black tin and include shimmers, glitters and bold creams. The Classic Collection comes in the round gold-label jar with soft milky, nude and pastel tones.

Shipping
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
Orders currently ship through Amazon within the United States. Prime-eligible items arrive in 1–3 business days. International shipping will be available with the launch of our own store.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days through Amazon's return center. No refunds are offered for damage caused by improper use. If a product arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
